Please adhere to the policies below for the safety and comfort of all of our guests. We want all our campers to have a positive and memorable experience while they're with us.
Rental Terms
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following rental terms:
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book a campsite. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- A valid ID is required at check-in.
- Each site allows a maximum of 2 vehicles and 6 guests, and all vehicles must fit within the designated camping pad. Additional vehicles may incur a fee.
- A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all reservations.
- Payment schedule:
- 50% due 30 days prior to arrival
- Remaining balance + deposit due 7 days prior to arrival
- Check-in: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Late check-in (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) may be available based on staff availability and may include a convenience fee. Please call or text after 4:00 PM for same-day arrangements.
- All sites include full utility hookups (electric, water, sewer, and trash).
- Sites may be rented daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Monthly guests may book open-ended stays.
- Guests booking fixed stays must pay in full prior to check-in.
Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days: 50% refund of fees paid.
- Cancellations made within 14 days: No refund on rental fees (security deposit excluded).
- Security deposits are refundable if the site is left in original condition, including proper use of utilities and removal of all belongings and trash.
- Monthly guests with open-ended stays must provide 14 days’ notice to qualify for refunds on unused days or deposit.
- Reservations may be rescheduled at no cost if changes are made more than 30 days in advance (rates may vary).
- Changes within 30 days are subject to availability and may incur a service fee.
- Length of stay cannot be reduced once booked.
Park Rules
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests:
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- No alcohol in common areas
- Wood-burning fires are allowed only in designated areas
- Hunting is strictly prohibited
- Maximum 2 vehicles and 6 guests per site
- Visitors must park in designated areas; no parking on grass
- Pets are welcome with the following guidelines:
- No dogs over 50 lbs
- Pets must be leashed at all times
- Owners must clean up after their pets
- No littering
- Violations of parking rules may result in vehicle removal at the owner’s expense
- Violations of park rules or applicable Missouri regulations may result in removal from the property without refund, at management’s discretion
